Returns
We accept returns under the following
conditions only:
✦ You received the wrong product
✦ The product arrived damaged or defective
All returned items must be:
• Unopened
• In their original packaging
• Reported within 7 days of delivery
We do not accept returns on opened
products under any circumstances.

Refunds
Refunds are applicable for customers
who paid in advance (prepaid orders).
✦ Refund requests must be submitted
within 7 days of receiving your order
✦ Once approved, your refund will be
processed promptly
For Cash on Delivery orders, a store
credit or exchange may be offered
instead of a monetary refund.
